Detection process
During no-load test in the laboratory, start the water pump in the environment without water, observe whether the operation state of the water pump is normal, and measure whether the actual voltage, actual current and actual power of the water pump are consistent with the rated value through the testing equipment.
The detection process should not be too long. The motor is easy to burn out when it is unloaded. The experiment shows that the seal can only last for 10 minutes under the condition of idling.
Temperature Rise Test
The resistance of the water pump when there is no current in the initial state, that is, the resistance at room temperature. Lock the cold state after the instrument data is stable. Lock the cold state. After about 2 hours, measure the hot state resistance and room temperature. The machine is in hot state after operation (rising on the basis of cold state).
